congrats to sarah shanks on her 2nd place age group finish at the gallop and gorge last thursday! overall results aren't back yet, so i have no idea how i did in the race.
how could i forget!? i got to use IV caffeine yesterday at work for a patient with post-lp headache.

we use IV caffeine all the time in the nicu - it prevents apnea! :)
aghrhghgh about the marathon - josh had almost the same time a few years ago, and it was so frustrating!
