time expands

as I write this, I'm 30k ft above the pacific. What I thought was going to be a few quiet days in the mountains expanded to make room for healing in my soul. Spending the next week in Hawaii: visiting dear friends, the ironman championships and climbing high on mauna kea will nicely cap these two weeks of slowing down.
